Q: What is the minimum order quantity for your products?
A: For most of our products, the minimum order quantity is 1 piece. However, there are a few items that require a minimum order of 2 pieces or more.
Q: Can I cancel my order?

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: If you need to modify your shipping address, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request free of charge.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?A: After placing your order, we require 2-5 business days to prepare it. You can select either standard shipping or expedited shipping at checkout. The total delivery time includes processing time and transit time. Standard shipping usually takes 8-15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3-5 business days.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to query the tracking status by clicking on the tracking link at the bottom of our website page, or by visiting the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment.
Q: Which countries do you deliver to?
A: We currently offer shipping to the United States, Mexico and Canada. Delivery within DHL service range is supported without any issues.
Returns and Refunds:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 25-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, please make sure it is in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Please contact us at info@accswholesale.com to initiate a return, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
