We have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Process:
1. Contact Us: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 25 days of receiving your item at info@accswholesale.com. Explain your return request, and if it's accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Ship to accswholesale.com: To initiate the return, please drop off your item at your nearest post office or hand it over to your local postal worker promptly and update your tracking number. Customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

1. Get Your Refund: Once we receive your returned package, we will process the refund within 2-3 business days. The specific arrival time of the refund may vary, typically taking about 2-7 business days, depending on your bank and the original payment method.
Return Conditions:
Items being returned must be in unused condition, with the original packaging, and returned within 25 days of delivery. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: Custom Items and Production Orders.
Return Notes:
Please be aware that your return package may take 8-30 days to reach our address. Keep proof of postage and ensure you have a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We require proof of receipt and delivery to issue refunds for returns.
Return Shipping Fee:
The return shipping fee is to be paid by the buyer.
We offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy: You can fully refund your order if it's canceled within 3 hours of purchase (PayPal and credit card payments will have a 6% payment fee by third-party payment companies). Please contact us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 3 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged since the goods preparation process begins.
2. Missing Goods: If you receive your order, and an item is missing from your package, you will receive a partial refund. Please report this issue within 7 days.
3. Damaged Goods: If you receive your order and an item is broken or damaged, you will receive a partial refund. Report this issue within 7 days.
4. Lost Package: If you don't receive your package due to it being lost, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping cost.
5. Extended Shipping Time: If you choose express shipping and the shipping time exceeds 30 business days (excluding customs delays, natural disasters, or errors in the shipping address), you will receive a full refund. For standard shipping (airway), the shipping time exceeding 60 business days will also result in a full refund.
